That was to give the 'burned disk' to my daughter to see if her computer would play it. She says it played just fine and in fact, she burned additional copies for me so I don't have that to worry about. HOWEVER, I DO want to resolve this issue on my new computer. If anyone has a simpler solution or information on my problem, please let me hear it. Getting dvd discs to copy and work in the players you want them to can be a frustrating business at the best of times! As it happens my housemate bought a new HP laptop with Cyberlink 14 on board just last week so we'll give it a test-run and see how we get on (using RW discs - saves on the coaster count.)
